Within these old walls surrounded by an idyllic garden, chef Luis Haller and his team tirelessly perfect their culinary art from the rich offerings of mother earth. Whether you’re here to enjoy a scrumptious meal or just on a brief visit, you can always count on careful attention to detail and a one-on-one relationship with each patron, making the Schlosswirt a special place for guests to unwind and enjoy the sumptuous fare and for those who wish to stay overnight, there are six tastefully furnished rooms to chose from.

Out of solidarity and respect for honest and down-to-earth products, I try to do justice to the local cuisine and thus give it back its authenticity. In the two restaurants true to the belief: "To preserve tradition and follow innovation".
Depending on the season, we serve only the best that nature has to offer: high-quality Margarete asparagus from Terlano, lye beef from controlled breeding and freshwater fish from spring water, vegetables and fruit from permaculture in Quarazze and regionally grown herbs and organic vegetables from local suppliers.
